‘Location, location, location’, parents whose children attend Guinea Lane Nursery are often heard saying.
It’s not just because we’re based in a lovely period building in the heart of Georgian Bath, minutes from the shops, city sights and many local workplaces. It’s also because for those who work further afield, we’re a short stroll away from the train and bus stations.
That said, our most important clients – the babies and children who come here – don’t seem to give a hoot about these advantages.
Frankly, they’re far more impressed by the seesaw, slides, swings and open spaces for ball games offered by Hedgemead park, opposite our front door, though of course we also entertain them inside with crafts and painting, soft play, stories and puzzles.
Architecture? Buses? Trains? Shops? Work? All trivial details really.
